It is important to us to inform you about the handling of your data and your rights existing in this context.

What personal data do we collect?

Personal data is understood to be all information, with which you can be identified.  We will record your name as appropriate, Address, e-mail address, date of birth, nationality, account details, telephone number, Facebook URL, school data and project-related motivation letters.

For what purpose and how long do we use your data?

We use the information you provide us with in order to facilitate the provision of your to fully guarantee the requested products and services. We also provide you with all necessary resources regarding school partnerships, academies, educational workshops, the placement of condom vending machines and concrete events to actively support your commitment to the association. In addition also includes newsletters. We do not keep your data any longer than is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected to be processed, is required. When determining the value for the respective personal data for a reasonable retention period we consider various influencing factors such as quantity, type, sensitivity and purpose. In particular, we examine in this context whether we also can be fulfilled by other means.

What rights do you have towards ohhh! foundation e.V.?

With regard to the processing of your personal data you are entitled to extensive rights. We would like to familiarize you with these rights:

Right of access: You have the right to be informed about stored data, in particular for what purpose the processing is carried out and how long the data are stored (Article 15 DSGVO).

Right to correct incorrect data: You have the right to request us to immediately correct the personal data concerning you to demand data, if these should be incorrect (Article 16 DPA).

Right to deletion: You have the right to request from us the deletion of personal data concerned. This Conditions provide that you request the deletion of your data if, for example, we need to collect personal data for the purposes for which they have been collected or otherwise processed, we should process the data unlawfully, or if you have a legitimate reason to should have contradicted or revoked your consent or if there is a legal obligation to delete (Article 17 DSGVO).  

Right to restrict processing: You have the right to request limitation of the processing of your data. This right exists in particular for the duration of the test if you know the accuracy of the data concerning you, and in the event that you have disputed if you have an existing right of cancellation, instead of the cancellation you have a limited processing. Furthermore a restriction is made the processing in the event that the data is necessary for the purposes of the no longer required for these purposes, but you can use the data for assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims and if the successful exercise of an opposition is not possible is disputed between you and us (Article 18 DSGVO).

Right to data transferability: You have the right to transfer the data concerning your personal data, which you have provided to us, from us in a structured, common, machine-readable format (Article 20   DSGVO) as far as they have not already been deleted. Can you revoke an already given consent to data collection?

You can revoke a given consent for the processing of personal data at any time free of charge and with effect for the future. This also applies to Consent forms that were issued before the EU data protection legislation entered into force basic Regulation, i.e. before 25 May 2018. The revocation of a declaration of consent can be sent by e-mail to dataprivacy@ohhh.org or in writing to ohhh! foundation e. V., Erik-Blumenfeld-Platz 27, 22587 Hamburg.    

Please note that the revocation is only effective for the future. Processing that before the revocation are not affected. Your revocation may result in that without the processing of this data we will not be able to provide our services completely.
